ZHENGZHOU,JULY 21,2017- Davis-Lynch designes and manufactures full lines of non welded casing centralizers with interlocking adjoinment between the end collar and bow spring.The Davis non welded centralizers are tested according to API Specification 10D ,even exceeding performance requirement of API 10D for both restoring force and starting force.

Davis non welded casing centralizer sizes include 4-1/2inch,5inch, 5-1/2inch, 7inch,7-5/8inch,8-5/8inch,9-5/8inch,10-3/4inch,11-3/4inch,13-3/8inch,16inch,18-5/8inch,20inch.Non welded casing centralizers of all the sizes have the same features as follows:

1.Bow springs made of an alloy steel which are heat treated and tempered to a hardness to ensure proper and consistent spring characteristics.

2.End collar hinges that are folded to the inside. This acts to minimize the collar stretch that

tends to occur when centralizers encounter tapers common to some pipe connections.

3.The built-in stop collar can save the drilling cost or separated stop collars are available according to request.

4.Any bow spring heights are available to accommodate most any casing-to-hole configuration.
